SPRING
FLING

OBJECTIVE

Conceptualise and produce a special event for a private members club to show employees how much they are appreciated.

 

ROLE

Creative oversight and event management.

Concept development, event styling, graphic design, sourcing suppliers and internal stakeholder management.

 

EVENT

Held over 2 nights to accommodate shift workers, the dinning experience successfully engaged staff from both front and back of house departments.

 

The event was treated with the same level of care and detail as would be expected for club members. To show employees they are just as valued as its customers.

 

Fresh floral arrangements were displayed in the restaurant, and tables were dressed to match the event theming.

 

A bespoke signage and stationary suite was created for the event.

 

ENGAGEMENT

Polaroid cameras were placed on dinner tables to engage employees and created mementos to take home.

 

A roaming magician created a fun and exciting atmosphere amongst the guests, whilst a photographer captured candid moments in the background, elevating the overall experience.

 

The CEO attended both events to address employees and toast to their achievements in person.

 

RESULTS

Staff morale saw a big increase pre and post event; they appreciated the personal CEO address and the opportunity to socialise with senior executives.

 

As a result of strong staff advocacy the club saw an increase in restaurant visitation from its members post-event.
